Both Paarl train stations are serviced by Cape Town's Metrorail on the green Cape Town-Bellville-Wellington-Stellenbosch-Strand line nearly every hour. If travelling by train between Stellenbosch and Paarl, you'll have to transfer at Muldersvlei Station. The trip from Cape Town takes about one hour and 20 minutes (first class R16).
