Sehlabathebe Park Lodge is currently the only development within the park, although there are plans to develop a luxury lodge in the near future. Originally built as a trout-fishing lodge for the Prime Minister of Lesotho in 1970, today it sleeps up to 12 people with a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. There are campsites near the lodge and camping is permitted throughout the park.
