Brown Sugar is a large castle-like backpackers under somewhat recent new ownership. It was formerly the mansion of a 1970s gangster and the reception and central gathering point is the large bar that serves both guests and a few regulars. There is a rooftop deck with picnic tables and a braai area. Inside at the bar there are free Rizla packs taped to the wall just in case you are fresh out.
