Kalinka is a chic restaurant on the main drag. Dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and a superbly blended menu of local meats and organic homegrown vegetables leave no question that this is one of Oudtshoorn's better establishments. But the gracious and easygoing staff prevent this rare treat of a restaurant from feeling pretentious.
